Henan Jiacui Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (JIACUI) designs and manufactures solid waste recycling equipment — including sorting lines, shredders, washing systems, and pelletizing lines — for waste management operators and recycling facilities processing municipal solid waste, industrial waste, construction debris, waste wires and cables, and waste PCB boards.

JIACUI operates two production plants covering 5,000 m² in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. Founded in 2015 and staffed by over 100 employees, JIACUI has delivered equipment to more than 400 customers across over 100 countries and holds 27 patents alongside CE, ISO, and CSA certifications. A perfect corporate structure, an integrated management system, and strict quality inspection standards keep every production step in order and enable rapid delivery.

Quality & Inspection. JIACUI holds CE, ISO, and CSA certifications — covering electrical safety compliance, quality management systems, and North American market standards respectively. The company has been granted 27 patents covering recycling equipment design and process improvements. A complete product quality inspection system is applied to every production batch before crating, including mechanical and electrical run tests conducted internally prior to shipment.

Trade Shows & Field Visits. JIACUI is on the ground every year at the top rubber and plastics trade fairs around the world. While at the show, the sales team also hits the road to meet clients. For new customers, JIACUI helps plan factory layouts and put together a recycling setup that fits their operation. For existing customers, the team stops by to iron out any issues they have run into with the equipment.

JIACUI was established in 2015 in Zhengzhou — a major industrial hub in central China — to address a specific gap in the waste processing market: operators needed complete processing lines that delivered consistent throughput and output purity without relying on fragmented, multi-vendor sourcing. The company's founding direction was to build entire processing lines — from material infeed to finished recyclables — under one roof.

JIACUI does not manufacture unrelated industrial equipment, consumer products, or waste collection vehicles. The company focuses exclusively on the mechanical processing stage: shredding, crushing, washing, sorting, separation, and pelletizing of solid waste streams. Equipment output meets industrial reuse specifications, enabling operators to convert waste into saleable secondary raw materials rather than landfill.

JIACUI machinery runs on ABB and Siemens control systems, engineered to European design standards. The company provides SGS, BV, and TUV on-site factory inspection reports upon customer request.
