The RC-CWG1000 Copper Wire Granulator is the largest, industrial-flagship dry-process recycling system in the Jiacui cable-recycling line. Engineered for maximum throughput and 24/7 reliability, it converts large volumes of scrap insulated wires and cables into high-purity copper granules and reusable plastic particles at 900–1,000 kg/h—handling the daily output of major recycling yards, WEEE processing plants, cable manufacturers, and scrap exporters moving 10–25 tonnes of cable per day.

Working Principle

The RC-CWG1000 employs a dry-type physical separation process to maximize copper recovery at industrial scale.

1. Size Reduction

Scrap cables are fed by belt or hopper into the granulation chamber, where a heavy-duty high-speed rotor fitted with 18 durable SKD-11 blades shears the material into 2–5 mm copper–plastic mixture particles.
