Working Principle

1. Coarse & Fine Crushing: Waste cables are fed into the 45kW crusher, where 16 SKD-11 blades shred them into small particles (3-5mm).

2. Vibrating Screening: The crushed material passes through a vibrating screen to remove oversized particles and ensure uniform feeding into the separator.

3. Airflow & Gravity Separation: The material enters the separation table. The variable-frequency fan creates a specific airflow that suspends the lighter plastic while the heavier copper settles, allowing for precise collection.
