Working Principle

The RC-CWG660 employs a dry-type physical separation process to maximize copper recovery without water or chemical baths.

1. Size Reduction

Scrap cables are fed by belt or hopper into the granulation chamber, where a heavy-duty high-speed rotor fitted with 14 durable SKD-11 blades shears the material into 2–5 mm copper–plastic mixture particles. SKD-11 tool steel (HRC 58–62) ensures long blade life under the sustained, high-volume loads of 600+ kg/h production.

2. Airflow & Gravity Separation
